The hotel is clean, has views of cathedral. Well-maintained rooms complete with wonderful balcony and king size bed on a mezzanine level, as example. It offers a great location and has excellent staff. The family restaurant is good, serves hot dishes.

Convenient location, lovely balcony views, spacious rooms with ample bathrooms

Powering the lights with a key in the door felt outdated and slightly annoying!!! It disrupted the flow of using the room. The proximity to the busy street made for some noise during the night!!!

Truly exceptional place overall, it is exceptionally clean, location is magnificent to the bus stop or ferry. Stuff is helpful and you can park your car nearby. The breakfast is varied with a huge variety of food. Exceptional service and the food is good! By the way, the parking fee is gbp 30 per day.

We had an awesome three-night stay with friends! The team was super helpful with recommendations and arranging transfers. We visited Positano and Capri, both fine. Breakfast on the terrace was good, and you should definitely ask for parking ahead of time.

The loft room can get warm at night, but you can solve this by leaving the windows open during the day. Just be mindful of the heat if you're visiting in warmer months.
